Brand Integrity Officer
Çağda Yıldız was appointed Brand Integrity Officer in May 2022, reporting directly to the Director General. He is tasked with promoting DW's values, as defined by the DW Act and mission statement, internally and in business relationships. Key responsibilities include monitoring reputational risks and protecting the DW brand and reputation. Çağda also contributes to developing DW's value and brand promises and with closely with the DW Compliance Officer.
Çağda joined DW in 2014. He worked in DW Corporate Strategy, overseeing the development of strategies for the Turkish, Arabic and Sports editorial departments, as well as for Culture and Lifestyle. He also prepared the evaluation reports for 2017 and 2021. Additionally, he led organization-wide strategic projects such as DW 2035, DW's on-demand strategy and the strategic direction of the Turkish-language format +90.
Çağda studied economics at the School of Oriental and African Studies in London and political science at the École des hautes études en sciences sociales in Paris.
