Time for some gourmet cooking in a la carte and we're off to Croatia and a visit to the restaurant of Mario Tserhak. The famous London magazine "Time Out" has called him the Croatian equivalent of British chef Gordon Ramsay and certainly his restaurant in Zagreb is THE place to dine. Hollywood stars like Richard Gere have sampled his cuisine and now for euromaxx he's going to conjure up something special to whet your appetite.
