Parts of Russia are reeling under record high tempratures. Millions of hectares of crops have been destroyed and a series of forest fires have broken out nationwide. Hardest hit is the region of Voro-nezh, some 600 kilometers south of Moscow. Five people have been killed. Hundreds of others have been to be evacuated - including patients in several hospitals and children in summer camps.
