The German government spends about 100 euros per head on culture. But the state government in Saxony spends even more - 150 euros per capita. The state alots more to restoring its cultural heritage than anywhere else in the country. ARTS.21 visits restoration-mad Saxony, from the town hall in Meissen to Dresden's legendary Green Vault.
