Bolivan President Evo Morales returns to hero's welcome following delay in route

Bolivia's president Evo Morales has arrived back home after the latest bizarre episode in the saga of the NSA whistleblower, Edward Snowden. Morales spent 14 hours holed up in Vienna Airport after his plane was rerouted on suspicion that Snowden was on board. For now, Snowden remains stuck in Moscow... while Morales has condemned the delay as an insult to all South Americans.
