Claudia Schiffer Wins Paparazzi Court Battle

German former supermodel Claudia Schiffer has won a fresh court battle against magazines that printed paparazzi pictures of her and her son Caspar after a car accident, her lawyer said Wednesday. A federal court rejected the appeals of a number of German media companies against two decisions by lower courts that the public had no legitimate right to see such photographs, attorney Matthias Prinz said. The images had shown a traumatized Schiffer, now 34, and two-year-old Caspar on a London street after the accident.
