While scientists continually research to build a better picture of the future, most researchers agree that humanity needs to significantly reduce its CO2 emissions worldwide.
With international climate negotiations progressing only slowly and a growing world population competing for finite resources, the need for sustainable and climate-friendly planning is increasing.
