Dozens killed and wounded in two suicide bomb attacks on the Moscow underground

Russian president Dmitry Medvedev has demanded increased security on all transportation systems throughout the country, in the wake of today's deadly attacks on the Moscow subway system. Medvedev spoke at an emergency meeting called to discuss the bombings, which killed at least 37 people. Moscow believes the attacks were carried out by terrorists from Russia's North Caucasus region. Medvedev said his government will continue to fight terrorism without hesitation, and to the end.
