Estonia has fulfilled the budget criteria for entry into the eurozone

Another move to protect the euro. The European Commission today announced plans to force all Eurozone members to submit their budgets to Brussels before they become law. After this week's giant rescue package for the eurozone, the European Commission wants to make sure there are no more surprise budget deficits to deal with.
