Estonia's FM urges European states to boost defense spending

Estonia's Foreign Minister Urmas Reinsalu tells DW that Western allies need to do more to support Ukraine. "Russia has not given up a centimeter of its intent," he added and stressed that Russian peace rhetoric should not be taken seriously.
