Blue Nile dam a blessing and curse

The Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam project has sparked a diplomatic dispute with Egypt, which depends on the Nile for its fresh water. Concerns have also been voiced in neighboring Sudan, but not everyone downstream opposes the project.
