In Libya, the battle between leader Muammar Gaddafi's forces and rebels rages on, as Gaddafi steadfastly refuses to give up his post. But the rebels have set up an interim council in Benghazi and still hold power in key cities and regions in Libya. Now the European Union has announced it's setting up an office in Benghazi--officially opening diplomatic relations with the opposition.
