EU leaders reach agreement on how to help developing nations tackle climate change

European Union leaders have agreed a deal on how much money to offer developing countries to fight climate change. The news comes at the end of a two-day summit in Brussels. However, delegates have put OFF a discussion on the DETAILS of how to split the bill between member states. Eastern European countries led by Poland had said they would be unwilling to pay countries such as Brazil to cut emissions.
