It seems the first heads are rolling after General Motors' decision not to sell its European operations. The head of GM Europe, Carl-Peter Forster, is quitting. It comes just days after he criticized Detroit's decision to keep Opel instead of selling it the Canadian parts supplier Magna. Forster called GM's U-turn "incomprehensible.
