Inside Europe: After attacks, France invokes EU article

Following the Paris attacks, President Hollande has invoked an EU article which has taken the bloc into unchartered territory. The article, number 42.7 obliges the other 27 member states to come to France's defence. But what does that entail on a practical level? Emma Wallis talks to German defence analyst Heinz Schulte.
