German Foreign Minister says an international effort is needed to help the Palestinian people

The European Union is pledging 436 million Euros towards the rebuilding of Gaza's infrastructure. And Germany has promised 100 million. Speaking in Sharm el-Sheikh ahead of the conference, German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier said an international effort was needed to help alleviate the suffering of the Palestinian people.
