Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger opens the computer fair CeBIT in Hannover

The CeBit trade fair is all about ICT - information and communications technology. The fair in Hannover is a litmus test of the industry's health. And the signs are'nt good - compared to last year, one in four exhibitors are staying away. The partner of this year's CeBit is the US state of California - governor Arnold Schwarzenegger turned up personally to open the event.
