The UN has warned that heavy rains could arrive in Haiti in mid-February, while as many as a million Haitians are still homeless - provoking a potential public health catastrophe. 18 days after the deadly earthquake which killed some 180 thousand people, the situation for those who survived remains chaotic. For many children, the situation is particularly dramatic. Hundreds of thousands of them are now orphans, and reports of child trafficking are increasing. On Saturday, haitian police arrested ten US citizens supected of kidnapping more than 30 children.
