Inside Europe: Has Hungary been misusing EU funds?

European Union officials visited Hungary last week to investigate concerns over how the government has been spending EU money. One of the projects they visited was a steam railway in a village that has close ties to the country's right-wing prime minister, Viktor Orban. Stefan Bos reports from Felcsut, Hungary.
