Inside Europe: Moscow rolls out face recognition technology

Moscow's authorities have announced plans to roll out the use of face recognition technology, after it played a key role in catching criminals during the Russia 2018 soccer World Cup. The government is working with companies which believe it could be used to replace house keys and even public transport ticket. But human rights activists fear it may be used to repress dissent.
