The un-dammed rivers of the Western Balkans could be a significant source of sustainable energy. But hydro power projects proposed for the region face fierce opposition – from campaigners who say that dams could cause an environmental disaster. They've been staging protests under the banner "Balkan Rivers Tour." Guy De Launey took to the water in Slovenia to find out more.
