10-year-old Marwin speaks fluent Turkish and attends a German-Turkish school in Berlin's Kreuzberg neighborhood. The state-run Aziz Nesin school offers a bilingual education based on the Berlin school curriculum. Marwin also plays with a Turkish football club, where he's the only player with German parents. He's used to it - he doesn't distinguish between different nationalities. He just likes some kids and doesn't like others, regardless of their background.
