Iran launches new missile tests amid mounting tensions over its nuclear program

Iran has test-fired two short-range missiles.. that's according to reports from Iranian state television. +++LM-REIN+++ A military spokesman said the test was part of an exercise to improve the country's deterrent against a foreign invasion. He said Iran would also test-fire medium-range missiles later on Sunday and a long-range missile on Monday. +++LM-RAUS+++ The tests come two days after world leaders condemned Iran for admitting it was building a second uranium enrichment plant.
