Kyiv: Russia setting its sights on Ukraine's northeast

Officials say there was massive shelling in the town of Vovchansk, near the city of Kharkiv. At least one civilian has been killed in the shelling. Ukraine has rushed reinforcements to the region to shore up local defences.
