Aminata Touré: A powerful voice in the Green Party

Aminata Touré has been a Green Party lawmaker in the German state of Schleswig-Holstein since 2017. The political science graduate has a strong voice within the party. She does not rule out running for the German Parliament, the Bundestag.

She is deputy speaker of Schleswig-Holstein's state parliament. At age 28, she used to take part in protests. Today Touré is part of the government coalition. Activists respect her. Her parents fled to Germany after a coup in Mali in 1991. Touré was born in Neumünster in 1992. Germany's national issues are on her agenda. Aminata Touré does not rule out running for the German Parliament. On the political landscape in Germany. Touré is always heard on the issues that really matter.
