The United Nations, aid organisations and teams from around the world are continuing their relief operations in earthquake stricken Haiti. Everything is now there - food, water, medicines - but not enough and not for everyone. A major aftershock on Tuesday was an ugly reminder that all may not be over. The United States has the largest presence in country - with more troops to come over the week-end. With the help of the UN, it is trying to ensure distribution of aid as quickly as possible.
