There's growing criticism of the authorities and police in the Western German city of Duisburg and the organizers of the Love Parade after Saturday's fatal crush. The death toll has risen to 20. Late on Monday night a 21 year old woman died of her injuries. More than five hundred people are now known to have been injured, some of them seriously. The disaster happened when panic broke out in an overcrowded tunnel leading to the festival grounds. An official investigation is under way.
