NATO leaders meeting in Brussels call on the alliance to re-engage with Russia

US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton says it is time for NATO to explore a fresh start with Russia. She's been attending a meeting of NATO foreign ministers in Brussels, where the alliance's Secretary General also called for resuming relations with Russia that had been frozen after its war with Georgia last summer. Clinton also reassured former Soviet states Georgia and Ukraine that they have a future in the military alliance.
