Nepal celebrates first Everest ascent

Celebrations are taking place in Nepal to mark the 60th anniversary of the first conquest of the world's tallest peak, Mount Everest. On May 29, 1953, Sir Edmund Hillary and Tenzing Norgay became the first people to reach the summit.
