His first solo album came out 35 years ago. Since then, Herbert Grönemeyer has gone on to release more than 25 platinum albums in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. But he isn't resting on his laurels. Last year he toured North America with an album with lyrics in English. His latest album is "Dauernd Jetzt."
