Planemaker feud reaches new heights

The feud between planemakers Boeing and Bombardier is gaining altitude. The US Commerce Department slapping a preliminary 220 percent tax on Bombardier's planes. Now the trade tension is threatening to spill over to the other side of the Atlantic.
