Toyota has set itself big goals in 2012. 2011 wasn’t an easy year for Toyota. The Japanese carmaker had to deal with the effects of the tsunami and Fukushima nuclear disaster, which caused production problems at home, as well as more competition abroad.

But in 2012 Toyota is making a fresh start with its facelifted Avensis. Its station wagons, in particular, have become a common sight on European roads. Its popularity here is largely due to the fact that the Avensis is designed and produced in Europe. The latest model boasts new engines and many new features - both inside and out.
