Quadriga - Khashoggi Disappeared - Death by Decree?

The fate of Saudi journalist and critic of the regime Jamal Khashoggi has raised concern around the world. Rick Noack is a foreign affairs reporter for the Washington Post, for which Khashoggi also worked as a commentator. He covers Europe and international security issues and says: "Politically motivated kidnappings or killings indicate a new level of foreign policy assertiveness. Especially as the West lacks leadership in defending human rights."
