State prosecutors in Germany have begun investigating the circumstances that led to the deaths of 19 people in a crush at a festival in Duisburg yesterday. Local officials told a press conference a few hours ago they're still unsure what caused the accident. They also appealed to the public to wait for the results of the investigation - before apportioning blame. People across Germany have been horrified at the deaths. The organizers of the festival - the Love Parade - say the event will never take place again.
