Russia has rejected a draft UN Security Council resolution calling for its compliance with the ceasefire agreement it signed with Georgia. Russia's UN ambassador called the wording 'unacceptable', saying it did not include ALL the points agreed to in the French-brokered ceasefire. Russia also vigorously condemned a statement on the Caucasus conflict issued by NATO foreign ministers on Tuesday.
