Russian foreign ministry expects a proper explanation from Washington on the arrest spy suspects

President Barack Obama has refused to comment on an alleged Russia spy operation in America. Ten suspects were arrested on Monday and charged with working for the Russian government. The FBI says they were attempting to infiltrate U.S. policymaking circles while posing as ordinary citizens. Moscow has dismissed the allegations as baseless and improper.
