Scientists unveil the fossilized remains of a 47 million year old primate

Scientists have unveiled what they say are the most complete fossilized remains ever found of a prehistoric human ancestor. The announcement was made amid much fanfare at the Museum of Natural History in New York. The female primate - nicknamed "Ida" - is estimated to be 47 million years old. Scientists say she could provide the missing link between today's higher primates and their distant relatives.
