Global financial markets are rebounding on talk of an emergency plan in the US to end the credit crisis. Stock markets in Frankfurt, London and Paris rallied in morning trading and Asian bourses made substantial gains. Traders were responding to a proposed 500 billion-dollar US plan aimed at cleaning up the books of beleagured US banks and restoring confidence in the markets.
