Costly Messages

Swedish teens are going into debt because it's become easy for them to get a loan. All they have to do is send a text message from their mobile phones. The country's debt recovery agency is not happy.

Sweden's Kronofogden, or national debt recovery agency, has been asked to collect debts from 20,000 defaulted loans, a large percentage of which was given to people under the age of 25.
