Cream of carrot soup

Peel and slice as many carrots as you want for the soup.
Heat some vegetable or chicken broth in a pot.
Add the carrots to the broth.
If desired, you can also add some chopped celery root, onions or parsley.
Cook the carrots for 20 minutes, then add some lightly whipped cream.
Season with cilantro, pepper and salt, and it will taste wonderful!
