The Obama administration announces plans to revive military trials for Guantanamo terror suspects

US President Barack Obama says he will revive special military trials for top terrorism suspects at the Guantanamo Bay prison camp. The decision has angered Human Rights groups who accuse him of breaking his election promises. Obama had initially halted the controversial trials when he took office in January.
