Ukraine war: West mulls easing weapons restrictions for Kyiv

Ukraine allies like Germany have so far shied away from allowing their weapons to be used against targets on Russian soil. But as Moscow's troops are gaining ground, some, including NATO head Jens Stoltenberg, call for a lift of those restrictions.
