In Myanmar, UN envoy Ibrahim Gambari has held closed door talks with top military officials overseeing Myanmar's upcoming Referendum. No further details have been issued. Gambari’s latest visit has come just weeks after the junta’s surprise announcement to hold a referendum on the constitution in May and elections by 2010.
