Victims of Mexico's drug war pin their hopes on Washington

Mexico is preparing to elect a new president, and the key campaign platform is to put an end to the violence gripping the country.

Victims of the local drug war that has so far claimed 45,000 lives, say it won’t end until the United States changes its drug policies and stops guns from being smuggled into Mexico. For that to happen they say Americans must put pressure on their government.
