Was Bangladesh's election free and fair?

Bangladesh's Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has told reporters Sunday's parliamentary election was "free and fair." DW asked Michael Kugelmann, director of the South Asia Institute at the Wilson Center in Washington DC, for his take on the vote.
