Georgia is set to go polls to elect a new parliament. The poll comes as a scandal has broken out, concerning conditions at one of the country's prisons. President Mikheil Saakashvili is in damage control mode now, in a bid to avert his worst political crisis since the war with Russia in 2008. But as our correspondent Paul Rimple reports from Tbilisi, those efforts may be too little too late.
